Return Material Authorization Process:
Any customer who wants to return the received products must raise a Return Material Authorization request and adhere to the following terms and conditions:
The policy implies on every product of Ichigo HDD except for the reason of return.
The products must be returned with complete accessories, software, and manuals.
Warranty claim must be placed in their original packaging and it must be undamaged.
After receiving RMA, the products must be packed in the same manner the way it was delivered. If the box is marked or damaged, then a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
Refrain from writing directly on the original box or packaging.
RMA number must be mentioned on the outer box of the package otherwise it won’t be accepted without it.
Ichigo HDD’s complete address must be mentioned on the outer box through a label.
Once the package is received by the concerned department, it will be tested, and once done with that, exchanged products will be dispatched immediately so that customers can get them within 10 days.
Kindly acknowledge that if the purchased order is not the same, then the customer care team must be informed within 2 days of purchase.
